Hello, welcome to my blog. It's the first time I've used it so I hope it works. I'll try and keep you updated about the stuff I've been up to. This year has already been pretty busy.
It started with the Streetspeak Christmas do. Craig Bradley (That Poetry Man) and Terry Caffrey were on great form and both of them are so good at writing and performing poetry that I am sticking to performing magic and writing stories. I am not a poet.
On the magic side I have had a few good gigs this year including a brilliant trip top Zermatt in Switzerland with the Carnival Bizzare.
I even had a trip to Buckingham Palace. I received a Butler Trust Commendation from The Princess Royal. This is an award for work in the arts. It was a brilliant day and I can confirm that Buckingham Palace is very posh.
Last week I visited The Orchard School in Bristol. Wow, what a great school and what a fantastic day. I did readings from my book and taght the pupils a few magic tricks. There were some natural performers in the school hall. Watch out Derren Brown.
I also got some good news about my Restorative Justice Programme, Writing Wrongs. I've been invited to Canada to talk about it. Hopefully I'll get to see some whales. I'll show you the picture when I work out how to download them.
